Bad service the Software is a copy not real so it WILL destroy your computer with virus buy the real one!! Pieces of the printer will break after a few times of using it not made well their customer service is bad

for the markets all used same software. this customer want get free products from alibaba, always said our printer software . each time once customer have need help, technical always helped. and first time he ask alibaba refunds the payment, but alibaba checked it is not our problem. then closed the payment request.
